How to Shop...
Using the 'More Products...' drop-down list above, browse your
way through the various shop categories and wherever you see
a product you wish to order simply click the associated 'Add
to Cart' button.
You can freely add or remove items from your shopping cart
as you shop - click 'View Cart' at any time to see what's in
your shopping cart. There is no need to make an account or enter
passwords - when you have finished shopping, simply click 'Checkout'
to enter your name and address along with your credit / debit
card details.
Payment
We accept payment online by VISA and MASTERCARD
credit / debit cards.
Switch Cards: Please note
that we are unable to accept payment online by Switch at this
time. If you wish to pay by Switch, please place your order
by telephone on 020 8207 7880.

Carriage Charges
A £6.00 shipping charge (inc VAT) to cover handling,
postage and packing is applied to all orders unless otherwise
stated. If you order multiple items, you will still only pay
the one £6.00 fee.
IMPORTANT: Delivery to locations
outside the UK Mainland will incur an additional £14.00
surcharge on top of the shipping charge shown in your shopping
cart (and on the order summary you will receive by e-mail).
Please only place your order if you agree to this.
Delivery Method
Most items are shipped via a reliable courier service directly
from our distribution warehouse. Small / low value items may
be sent by post.
Shopping Security
As you would expect, all online transactions are made via a
fully encrypted secure ordering system.

Delivery Time
Items in stock will normally be delivered to you in two
working days.
Whilst we endevour to keep all items in stock, occasionally
high-demand or other circumstances may mean our stock becomes
exhausted and this will delay our delivery to you. We will advise
you by e-mail when this occurs. Your credit/debit card will
not be charged until items are back in stock and ready for despatch,
but you may contact us and freely cancel your order if you choose
not to wait.
UK and Ireland Only!
We are official distributors for the UK and Ireland for each
of the brands we represent. Therefore, we can only accept orders
from customers resident in the UK & Ireland. If you live
in other parts of the world, please see the manufacturers websites
