Celemony
Direct Note Access - Making the impossible possible! Celemony
have announced some astonishing new technology that acheives a
level of audio manipulation previously thought impossible. Direct
Note Access, for the first time in audio production history, makes
it possible to edit individual notes within chords and polyphonic
recordings - separately!

Direct Note Access 'explodes' a polyphonic recording, displaying
each note seperately on screen in the familiar Melodyne fashion.
The unique access that Melodyne affords to pitch, timing, note
lengths and other parameters of melodic notes is then available
to every note within every chord!
Potential applications for this breakthrough technology are numerous,
but examples would include correcting a wrong note in a piano
performance, tuning a guitar after recording, correcting harmony
vocals that are out of tune (or fixing their timing), turning
major chords to minor (and vice versa), switching tone scales,
mute single notes within a chord, remix volume levels, etc. -
all after the performance is already taped!

StudioLogic
StudioLogic Numa: Twenty years after launching their
first 'Studio 88' controller, Fatar were proud to present their
latest keyboard at Musikmesse Frankfurt 2008 - the StudioLogic
Numa...

Building on their reputation for unrivalled keyboard action,
Fatar were keen to raise the bar even further focussing on playability
rather than just bolting on as many controls as possible. The
StudioLogic Numa features the progressive new Fatar Grand Touch
Keyboard which is the company's most sophisticated graded piano
hammer action to date. An increased throw distance simulates the
action of a full concert grand piano.

The Numa however does not just feel good to play, it was
built to respond better to your playing than any other
controller keyboard too. Fatar have developed an 'Intelligent
Dynamic System' for the Numa, which guides you through a simple
process to set up the best dynamic response for your playing.
It is the most advanced customisable velocity response system
ever developed.

A new 'Easy Control System' has also been implemented for the
Numa. The user interface panel has been developed using touch
sensitive technolgy and the graphic LCD display allows for clear
and efficient programming.
The StudioLogic Numa is built to a high-standard from semi-translucent
polished ABS with an aluminium cover. This elegantly designed
cabinet is strong, but of lower weight for easy transportability.
The aluminium cover can be slid backwards to increase the top
surface of the instrument to support a laptop computer, control
surface or another keyboard. The Numa will be supplied with a
removable transparent music stand.
The StudioLogic Numa will be available shortly!
