Four Powerful Outputs

The CME Matrix Y features four powerful headphone outputs - each with its own volume control (allowing each listener to set their own level). Unique Talkback System

The CME Matrix Y's unique talkback system with built-in professional talkback mic allows for easy communication between everyone wearing headphones. Simply push the talkback button and everyone can hear each other clearly! Because the Line In signal is automatically attenuated by 20 dB when the talkback mic is switched on, you will still be able to talk if one band member or a backing track is still playing. No more pulling the headphones off after every take or talking too loud because you can’t hear each other.

Balanced Line Inputs and Outputs

The CME Matrix Y features a balanced stereo line input on 1/4” jacks. This allows a high quality balanced signal to be used as the source whilst retaining a low noise floor.

The balanced stereo line output (also on 1/4” jacks) allows the source signal to be sent on to a monitoring speaker system etc. This is an invaluable feature if you only have one main output from your mixer, or don't have a spare one to feed the Matrix Y.

Expandable System

What do you do if you have more than four people in your band or classroom? No problem because the balanced Line Outputs on one Matrix Y can be connected to the balanced Line Inputs on another making your headphone system expandable in multiples of 4.
